Authentic Thai catering for offices, parties & events

Most full spreads from My-Thai work out to about $20 to $26 per guest before tax. Noodle, stir-fry and curry trays are $75 to $85 and serve 6 to 10 people each, a tray of steamed jasmine rice is $20, and the appetizer platter is $60 for 10 people. Each 6″ × 12″ tray of noodles, stir-fry or fried rice serves about 6 to 8 people. Curry trays and steamed jasmine rice serve about 8 to 10. For a full meal, plan one main tray per 7 to 8 guests, plus rice and appetizers.

A 6″ × 12″ tray of Pad Thai is $80 and serves about 6 to 8 people. You can choose traditional or vegetarian, and gluten-free and vegan-friendly versions are available when you mention it with your order.

For 50 guests, order 5 noodle or wok trays, 4 curry trays, 7 trays of steamed jasmine rice and 5 appetizer platters. That comes to about $1,180 before tax, or roughly $23.60 per guest.

Give your nearest My-Thai location at least 48 hours' notice for trays and platters. For 50 or more guests, weddings, and December holiday parties, book 1 to 2 weeks ahead so the kitchen can schedule your order.

Catering orders are prepared for pickup at the location you choose. If you need delivery, ask when you order; availability and any fee depend on your address and order size.

There is no minimum number of trays, so a single tray is a valid catering order. Crispy rolls, fresh rolls, chicken satay and coconut shrimp ordered by the piece have a 10-piece minimum.

Yes. Every section of the catering menu has vegan-friendly and gluten-free options, including vegetarian Pad Thai, tofu versions of most stir-fries and curries, vegetable fried rice, steamed jasmine rice and mango salad. Tell us your dietary needs when you order so those trays are made and labelled separately.

Yes. Tell us the spice level when you order. Mild is the safest choice for mixed groups and kids, and you can order one tray at a higher heat for guests who want it.

Peanuts and cashews are used in our kitchens, for example in the Cashew Nuts stir-fry and the peanut sauce, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free order. Tell us about every allergy when you order and we will advise which dishes to avoid.

Yes. Each boxed meal includes a main, rice or noodles and a spring roll for one guest, so there is no buffet to set up. Ask your nearest location for boxed-meal pricing.

Yes. Every catering tray is cooked in our own Ancaster, Brantford, Cambridge and Paris kitchens by Certified Thai Chefs. My-Thai has been family-owned since opening in Hamilton on July 6, 2001.

For 20 people, 2 noodle or wok trays, 1 curry tray, 2 trays of steamed jasmine rice and 2 appetizer platters cost about $400 before tax, roughly $20 per person. Pad Thai, Thai Basil and Panang Curry are easy picks for mixed teams, and boxed meals work well when people eat at their desks.

Yes. We cater buffet lines for 50 to 200 or more guests from full trays. A 100-guest spread of 10 noodle or wok trays, 8 curry trays, 13 rice trays and 10 appetizer platters is about $2,340 before tax, or $23.40 per guest. Vegan and gluten-free trays are labelled separately.

Fresh rolls, mango salad and an appetizer platter are easy to graze on, and a tray of Pad Thai or Yellow Curry with jasmine rice makes it a full meal. Most showers of 20 to 30 guests need 2 to 3 main trays.

Yes. Pad Thai, Sweet & Sour Stir Fry, chicken fried rice, pineapple fried rice and chicken satay are mild crowd-pleasers. Order the curries mild, or add one spicier tray for the adults.
